If your order is cash on delivery then the amount collected for order confirmation is not refundable.
In the event that there is an issue with your order, such as a manufacturing defect or shipping error, we will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your complete satisfaction. Thank you for choosing our products, and we appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy.
All our bags are made-to-order. To reduce manufacturing time, we begin customization (including name work) immediately on all prepaid and partial COD orders.
Therefore, in case of cancellation, only 50% of the order amount will be refundable.
We kindly request you to place customized orders only if you are sure about confirming the purchase.

Got a blossom colourful tote bag for my wive on her birthday. She absolutely loved the product.
The product quality and finish are exquisite, par international standards.
The staff also called as there was a query on printing the name on one side or both sides...so truly personalized and detailing is evident.
Fabric used us good ,premium and of high quality. The zippers are premium and the pocket spaces are large for work use.
Overall a 9 on 10.
Only a suggestion - There was the fresh print smell in the package and for some days of the use...if you could neutralize this smell before shipping that would be great.
The quality of this tote bag is top notch.. starting from the customised name embroidery, base fabric used and the space inside the bag can fit almost all essential items that we carry daily . A must have bag for every woman 💕
